further appearing that said William T. Holbrook’departed
this life without executing titles to said land, or by will
or otherwise providing therefor; and it further appearing
to tin- conrt that said Jonathan White has paid the fill!
amount ot the purchase price of said lot of land, and said
Jonathan White having petitioned this court to direct
Kimnnd A Holbrook, administratrix, and James C. Hlark-
ptoek, administrator upon the estate of said William T.
Holbrook, deceased to execute to him titles to said lot
of land, in conformity with said liond: Therefore, all
persons concerned arc hereby notified and required to
tile their objections, if uuy they lmvc, in my office, with
in tin-time prescrilicd by law, why said administratrix
and administrator should not lie ordered to execute titles
