Cadets. The i.egislature also directed a Hoard of Visitors to be
appointed, of whom the Goiernor is ex-officio President, wfiote
duties are to inspect the Institute, attend its examinations and
report on its condition to the Legi9 ature : and in conjunction
with a committee of the Board of Trustees, to establish and de
clare for its government.
