class.
Mid-week worship and praise
services begin at 6:30 p.m.

A multi-cultural and contem
porary worship and praise
service is held Sundays at 9
a.m. Sunday School begins at

at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Dr. Richards is a pastor, inter
national conference speaker
and author who proclaims a
message that is practical, rel
evant, simple, safe and empow
ering, church leaders said.

Luncheon Jan. 10
The Prime Time Club,
of Jefferson First United
Methodist Church, will have
a covered dish luncheon on
January 10 in the church fellow
ship hall. Entertainment will
be provided by comedian Bill
Hendrix with the program of
"Smart and Safe Living.”
The church will be starting a
"Game Day” for senior adults.
Planning will take place at
Thursday’s luncheon, organiz
ers said.
The club is for those people
age 55 and up.

fun, food and fellowship,” lead
ers said. "Come and bring a
neighbor or a friend, you’ll be
glad you did.”

its "Wonderful Wednesdays,”

pastor, has announced.
This involves a meal for all
ages at 6 p.m., followed by
classes. The meat for the pot-
luck supper on January 16 will
be beef tips and gravy.
