SKC. 2. The license or business tax provided for
in this ordinance shall rrn from the lat day of
February, 1888, to the 31st dny of January, 1880.

shall lie issued by the Clerk and Treasurer and

Provided that pennns taking out the license at

ions of this Ordinanee, shall, except as is here
inbefore provided, pay the entire year’s license,
and. provided further that nothing in this arti
cle contained shall apply to piano tnnera, organ
grinders, wheels of fortune, centennial boards or
shooting galleries they being otherwise provid
ed for herein.
