Administrator’s Sale.
Agreeable to an order of the ordina
ry Os Wilcox county, will be sold before tho
Courthouse door in Abbeville, on the first Tuesday
Octobor next, all the lands belonging to William
Bowen, late of said county, deceased. On tho prem
ises is situated one of the best mills, saw and grist,
iu all Southern Georgia; there is plenty of water
foraliiioat any kiml of machinery, wool carding, or
even plenty for a cotton factory. The mill is sup
plied by large springs that never fail. It is now in
good repair. Any person wishing to invest money,
now is the time. The grist mill alone will pay from
$1,0<!0 to $1,500 per year. The river is near, should
there accumulate lumber on the yard, it cun supply
all the country to Darien.
