■ The United States.
■ New York, April 14.-The
t- 9 London correspondent in
■Latch printed today says :
■ a crisis has arisen in Spam,
■L not only makes the down-
E of the Sagasta Ministry al
ttcertain, but gravely im
■nls the dynasty itself and the
listenceof the monarchy. In a
td the Spanish government
■almost on the point of collar se.
■The situation has been giov
■g rapidly worse for a month
Et, Not only is the patience of
■ ft people exhausted, but the
Egasta ministry is hopelessly
■srupted.
| |Both these facts explain the
Elicyof tardy and therefore
■tile concessions under the
Essure of diplomatic and Papal
■fluences.
I Premier Sagasta, the Queen
Egent and Senor Moret, miuis-
K r o f the colonies, are determin-
Jjd to yield to the American de-
Kgnds as far as Spanish senti-
R!iient will permit, in order to
maintain peace. Senor Moret is
ke real leader of the cabinet,
pnor Gallon, minister of foreign
Bairs, is bis chief opponent.
[The peace party has to contend
t only with opposition within
j cabinet, but with grave dis
lection in the country at large,
rich has been the chief obstacle
its policy.
Die Queen Regent and Senor
)ret believed that the popu
:e would not rebel against the
rnistice. They made a grave
Mistake, which they now realize,
fcrhaps too late.
I The details, so far as they are
permitted to come ;o light, show
■> uc h more violent resentment
Spain than the first
■itisorized telegrams disclosed.
I The only chance the Sagasta
■oinistry possesses for prolong
ing its existence is to reverse its
■°hcy and adopt an aggressive
Ittitude toward the United
■tates. *
I 1 here will be a civil war here
■illrin a month if there shall
lot be war with the United
Btate*. 1 here will be a serious
■prising with the army, which
■rill be useless apainst a mob.

the government well knows.
■ eyleris gaining fresh influ
ence with the army, which he

portunity shall offer.

This is an industrial rather than a Mining Company. We have
he only Hydraulic Machine Mining System (patented)that will work
in the frozen ground of the Klondike and the Northwest, where we
'ake our machines and extract the gold from the claims of others,
just as thrashing machines are taken into the wheat country so
h.e-h out the farmer’s wheat. One of our machines does ihewoik
of over 1,000 men ei.ch day and we save the 40% of gold that is
ly lost by other methods, so it can readily *be seen what enormous
profi’s we will earn in the fabulously rich gold mines of the Klondil •
and the Northwest, with which every one must be acquainted.
Every prospector th re is cur prospector, for he must eventually
come to us to have his claim worked. Therefore we believe we
shall in time be payin as large, dividends as the world-famous en
terprises mentioned above. Ours is a similar industrial stock which
in only bi hid for a limited time at th i very low price of $2.50
