ON the first Tuesday in December next, will
be sold before the Cou-t House door, in the
city of Americus, Sumter county, agreeable to
orders from the Court ofOrdinary of said coun
ty, the following lands, to-wit; (widow’sdow
er ,R. K. right of way and the Church yard of
Rehoboth church excepted.) 182 D2 acres
more or less, of lot No. 67, in the new 16th
district of Sumter county; 100 acres more or
less of lot No. 58 in the same district and coun
ty. The above laud is known as the place
whereon the relict of Geo. G. Felts, now re
sides, and belongs to his estate. Also at the
same time and place will be sold as the'property
of said estate, onedialf lot of land, No. 74, in the
same district, same county, lying in the woods
on the Starkville road near Sumter city. Also,
will be sold at the same time and place the fol
lowing lands adjoining those above described,
belonging to the estate of Reuben Gwaltney de
