and P. D. Aiken, all of said county,
respectfully shows:
First. That they desire for them
selves, their associate;, successors ami
assigns to he incorporated ukwoi- te
name and style of Glynn Hardware
and Supply Cos.”
Second. The term for'which peti
tioners ask to be incorporated is twen
y years, with the privilege of renewal
at the end of that time.
Third. The capital stock of the cor
poration is lo bo forty thousand ($40,-
000.00) dollars, divided into shares
of one hundred dollars each, with the
privilege of increasing said capital
stock upon a vote of two-thirds of the
