To the superior court of said county:
I The petition uf S. S. Rickett and
Benito Padrosa, both ot Glynn county,
Georgia, and of Samuel A. Sizer, of
Duval county, Florida, resjiectfully
shows:
1.; (That petitioners), their asso
ciates aud successors, desire to become
a body corporate and politic under
the laws of the state of Georgia,
under the name and style of tho "Pino
Lumber Company.”
| 2. That under such corporate name
they desire to carry on for pecuniary
profit, for the period of twenty years,
with privilege of renewal thereafter
according to law, the business:
I (,a) Of buying, leasing, acquiring,
selling and otherwise, utilizing and
.disposing of lauds, timber rights and
privileges therein, and to manufacture,
buy and seil logs and lumber of ev
ery character.
| (b) To erect and operate saw mills,
| planing mills and dry kilns for the
'manufacture and sale of tho product
