Bankston to be Candidate
ForR - R- ^mmissioner
Hon. Trox Bankston, who was a
candidate for Railroad Commis
sipner last year, and who polled
more than 90,000 votes in the
state, will be a candidate for the
same position this year. It is be*
lieyed that he will have a walk
over, as the people are very much
dissatisfied with the aetions of the
present railroad commission, and
as Mr. Bankston has made a splen*
did record as a member of the
Georgia Legislature, working at
all times for the interest of the
people, his chances for election
should be good.
Another thing in Mr. Bankston’s
favor is the fact that he is an old
newspaper mao, and he would get
the support of almost the entire
fraternity. Mr. Bankston's friends
throughout the state are anxious
for him tp get squarely in the
race, and feel sure that he would
be an easy winner.-Tbe LaGrange

railroad commissioner and one
who would endeavor to let every

larger number pf the people—The

C. ^ c. ^ C. _ Character,
When a man goes info business and asks
for credit his THREE C’s are investi

CAPITAL. The result of this investiga

A young man, by beginning to save early,
can in time provide capital, and it is safe
to say that in the process of saving he
will, by the time his capital is accumu

two C’s—character and capacity.
Money saving pays big dividends. Try it.
