boiling, and pour (by degrees) in with the
beaten egg and angar; stir in the chooo-
late, beat well three minutes, and re tarn
to the inner kettle. Heat nntil it
well, stirring constantly; take from the
fire and aet aside to oool. Many think a
little vanilla an improvement. When the
