The Jury Render a Verdict in Fayor of the
Defendants.
In the Superior ooort yesterday the
jury rendered a verdiot in favor of the
defendant*, in the case of L. Marko
witz vs. Philip and Sarah Ossineky,
proceeding to eviot tenant.
Markowitz brought this action
against Philip and Sarah Ossioshy for
