Jekyll Island
Jekyll Island Skating Village
The Jekyll Island Skating Village
has returned with a brand new river
front location, in the Historic District
on the island’s west side.
Enjoy the unique experience of
ice skating under live oaks, glitter
ing with twinkling lights. Hours
are 3 pan. until 9 pan. from Dec. 17
through Dec. 21; 10 a.m. until 10
p.m. Dec. 22 through Dec. 31 (closed
Christinas Day); 3 p.m. until 9 p.m
Jan. 1 through Jan 6.
The cost of skate rental is $5 per
person. The Skating Village also has
viewing areas for spectators, as well
as a chalet where guests can pur
chase snacks and drinks. Tickets may
only be purchased on-site and day-of
at the Skating Village.
Santa at Skeet House
Santa will be visiting with all
the good boys and girls at the Skeet
House in the Historic District on Je
kyll Island, Saturdays, through De
cember 22. Visits are free and guests
are encouraged to bring their own
cameras for pictures.
