Girls Scouts collecting canned foods
The Girl Scouts of Historic
Georgia, Athens shop, will hold a
canned food drive to benefit The
Food Bank of Northeast Georgia
during the month of September.
Community members are asked
to visit the shop to donate items,
such as peanut butter, soups,
canned vegetables and fruit, chili,
canned pasta, tuna, baked beans,
canned chicken, cereal, beef stew,
rice, pasta and sauce, and dried or
canned beans.
