Well hello young lovers

mother’s report once more. I
want to thank all my friends
for the lovely compliments on
my first column last month.
This is your column and I’m
just a mouthpiece so, let me
know whats going on that I
may miss (which ain’t
much). With my dear sister
Flossie covering South
Florida and me on the North
end, not much escape us, sooo
what yourselves and don’t do
anything that we wouldn’t.
The Zodiac in Daytona
Beach has really been fan
tastic (as usual) if you’re
ever in Daytona, don’t miss
it. As well as the Hollywood
and the Yum Yum Tree,
Went to Orlando a couple of
weeks ago and stayed at the
Parliament House, Wow is it
utterly fantastic. It really is a
palace. The place to stay
while visiting Disney World
or just for a leisure weekend
in the sunshine state.
Flew on over to Pensacola
last week and Miss DelRiois
packing them in at the Red
Garter, get em girl show ole
Trader Jon down the street

competition. The Purple Cow
was jumping as usual. What
ever happened to Robbie’s
Yum Yum Tree West in P-
Cola????We all used to have
some blazing good time
there.
The Fiesta Room in
Panama City is really
packing em in. Really the in
place to be in the panhandle.
Stop by next time you’re
around the panhandle.
Flying eastward, I had to
pull in for a landing at the
Melody Club in Gainsville.

studs, the. University of
Florida shore do put out some
nice big ones!■!!!!!!!
Well jumping back on my
ole trusty broomstick, I made
it back home to Jacksonville.
The French Quarter is still
packing them in. Watch for
the opening of Ms. Monroe’s
new bar on the Southside.
The Brothers ever on May
Street doing a fantastic
business as usual. What goes
on in their back room? Could
there be some S&M ??????■
Back downtown to the
pretty pink bird on Main St.
(The Flamingo) THE place to
meet friends and chat while

the Adult Cinema at Church
and Main. The best Gay
movies and books in town.
Say hi to Penny and tell her

LIBERTARIANS FORM GA Y CA UCUS
On Sunday night, August 31,
1975, immediatly following
the close of the National
Libertarian Party (LP)
Convention at the
Statler-Hilton Hotel in New
York, nearly 25 libertarians
gathered to form
a new gay rights
corganization. The result is
Libertarians for Gay Rights
(LGR). chaired by
John Vernon of Oklahoma
City. Mr. Vernon had been
placed in nomination that
morning for the Vice-
Presidential slot and was
second of five candidates in
the vote. Roger MacBride of
Virginia and Dave Bergland
of California were the LP’s
nominees for President and
Vice-President, respectively.
LGR has two primary
functions. First is the purpose
of bringing the message of
libertarianism to the gay
community. The LP platform
is consistently in favor of gay
rights, calling for the end of
all governmental
discrimination (including the
Defense Department) against
people because of sexual
preference, and demanding
repeal of all “victimless
crime” laws, including those
against sexual relations
between consenting adults,
solicitation, prostitution,
loitering and vagrancy, these
stands are consistent with the
LP’s general principle of
opposing^Jhe^
force by any person or group,
including governments.
A second, complementary
purpose of LGR is to bring to
libertarians a greater
awareness of the specific
problems and lifestyles to be
encountered in the gay
community. Libertarian
candidates are to be en
couraged to bring their
campaigns to the gay com
munity directly; already,
some have done this, as Fran
Youngstein in the 1974
mayoral election in New York
and Ray Cunningham, the
present liberterian can-'
didate for mayor of San
Francisco. LGR wants to
