Security Deed being given to secure a Note
of even date in the original principal amount

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

Sealed Proposals for construction of
the Water System Improvements, Georgia
Highway 96 - Water Supply and Treatment
Facility will be received at the
Commissioner’s Office, Houston County
Annex, 200 Cart Vinson Parkway in Warner
Robins, Georgia until 11:00 a.m. o’clock
legal prevailing time on Tuesday, April 12,
1994 at which time and place they will be
publicly opened and read aloud. No bid
may be withdrawn afterthe closing time for
the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60)
calendar days.
The work to be done consists of
furnishing all materials and equipment and
performing all labornecessary to construct
a new deep well water supply and treatment
facility complete with pump, motor, piping,
water main, sewage collections, controls,
electrical and all incidental work required
for a complete installation.
The Bidder shall be a Water Well
Contractor licensed to do work in the State
of Georgia.
The Work will be awarded in one
contract.
Payment of the Contract Amount will be
made on a periodic basis on applications
for payment from the Contractor and
approved by the Engineer based on work
accomplished, products furnished and
products stored on the site, such progress
payment requests shall be submitted by
the Contractor no later than the 25th day of
each month during the term of the Contract
and shall be paid by the Owner within thirty
(30 days after receipt of approved progress
payment requests, less retainage and other
deductions provided in the Contract
Documents. Furtherdetailsconcemingthe
payment provisions of the Contract are
contained in Section 14 of the general
Conditions of the Contract Documents.

in Macon and Albany, Georgia and may be
