Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in a Security Deed given by
Hoyt H. Park and Kathleen C. Park to
Colonial Mortgage Company, dated
December9,l97B, recorded in Deed Book
541, Page 396, Houston County, Georgia
Records, conveying the after-described
property to secure a Note in the original
principal amount of THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND & NO/100 DOLLARS
($35,000.00), with interest thereon as set
forth therein, there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidderforcash before
the courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in May, 1994, the following
described property:

All that certain property situated and

District of Houston County, Georgia, being
