before such Judge at the Houston County

time subsequent to the filing of the
Decjaration and the deposit of funds into
Court but not later than thirty (30) days
following the date of service as provided for
in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated
§32-3-8 through §32-3-10, to file with the
Court a notice of appeal, the same to be in
writing and made a part of the record in the
proceedings.

WHEREAS,The City ofWamerßobins,
in conjunction with the State Department of
Transportation, has completed plans to
expand and relocate the location of Corder
Road (County Road # CSS3O) from Watson
Boulevard SR247C to 380 feet west of
Pineview Drive for a total distance of 0.6
miles, said project being more fully shown
on a map and drawing on file in the office of
the Department of Transportation, No. 2
Capitol Square, Atlanta, Georgia; and
WHEREAS, in order to maintain the
projected scheduled of road construction
of the Department of Transportation, it is
necessary that the right-of-way and other
rights for the construction of said project be
acquired without delay; and
WHEREAS, parcels of land upon which
right-of-way and/orconstruction easement
is required is shown on Annex 1, attached
hereto, said property shown of record as

Warner robins, Georgia, that the
drcum stances are such that it is necessary
that the right-of-way and/or construction
easements as described in Annex 1 to this
order by acquired by condemnation under
the provisions of the Official Codeof Georgia
Annotated §32-3-4 through 32-3-19; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the
City Attorney shall proceed to acquire the
interest in the land, described in the said
annex by condemnation under the
provisions of said Code, and the City
Attorney is further authorized and directed
to file condemnation proceedings, including
a Declaration of Taking, to acquire said
interest in said lands and to deposit in the
Court the sum estimated as just
compensation, all in accordance with the
provisions of said Code.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that
Henrietta Mclntyre, Acting Mayor and
