PPG presents check to MGTI
for school scholarship fund

Middle Georgia Technical Institute
in Warner Robins received a dona
tion from PPG this week.
The SI,OOO will be used by
"Outstanding Achieving Students"
and "in continuance of the
(school's) scholarship program,"
PPG's Plant Manager, Kris McGee
said.
Jimmy Collins
honored at MGC
awards ceremony
Jimmy Ray Collins of Kathleen
was recently presented an award for
academic achievement at Middle
Georgia College’s 44th Annual
Honors and Awards Day Program
on May 12.
Collins was the men's recipient
of the Physical Education depart
ment award for the highest
achievement in that area of study.

breaking for a new facility to be
