Georgia Extravaganza
Perry High School senior Dallas Wald rip participated In the Georgia Extravaganza all
star tournament over the weekend at Kennesaw College outside of Atlanta. Waldrlp
collected a single, RBI and stolen base In three trips to the plate.

Kellwood defence and came back with two runs in the
bottom of the third to tie the game at three.
Whiddon started the inning by lifting a single over
first into right. A bad throw to the infield allowed him
to advance to second, where a second bad throw allowed
him to go to third. He was able to score when the
thirdbaseman overthrew the catcher at home.
Sexton followed, reaching base on an error. After
stealing second, he took third on a passed ball, taking
home when the catcher’s throw to third went into left
field.
However, Kellwood would regain the lead in the
fourth. Adam Arcos reached on an error, went to second
on a wild pitch and third on a passed ball. Two outs
later, Jacob Poole reached with a walk. Both scored on
Rowland's single to right.

Harold's responded with a single run in the bottom
of the inning. Daniel Weir reached on a ground rule
double to right. He advanced to third on a wild pitch,
later scoring on a passed ball.
Kellwood would score two important insurance runs
in the filth. With one out, Will Holt reached on an er
ror by the third baseman. Gibbs followed with a single
to right which was misplayed by the rightfielder, al
lowing Holt to score and Gibbs to reach third. Gibbs
would score on a wild pitch.
Rowland and Ashbury would pace Kellwood with
two hits each. Layson would have two RBIs.
Weir and Sexton would contributed two hits each for
Harold's, with Weir getting a ground rule double. Har
ris connected with a solo shot for the only dinger in the
game.
