Default having been made under the
terms of a Deed to Secure Debt dated
March 21,1 986 between Chester K. Little
and BANKERS FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION and
recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Houston County, Georgia in Book
713, pages 22-25, and the said Bankers
First Federal Savings and Loan Association
having become a federal savings bank
known as BANKERS FIRST SAVINGS
BANK, FSB, the said BANKERS FIRST
SAVINGS BANK, FSB has declared the
balance due and payable and in the exercise
of the powers contained in said Deed to
Secure Debt, will sell at public outcry to the
highest bidderfor cash, on the first Tuesday
in November, 1994, to-wit: November 1,
1994, between the legal hours of sale before
the Courthouse Door of Houston County,
Georgia the following described property,
to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying, and being in the State of Georgia,
County of Houston, and in Land Lot 92 of
the Fifth Land District therein being known
and designated as Lot 16 in Block A of
Brittwood Subdivision, and being more
particularly described as follows: Prom the
point of intersection between the southerly
right-of-way boundary oE Quail Run Drive
and the westerly right-of-way boundary of
Joy Drive in said Brittwood Subdivision run
South 00° 03' 06" East 965.05 feet to an
iron pin located on the westerly right-of
way boundary of Joy Drive, which is the
POINT OF BEGINNING; run thence South
89° 56' 54” West 300.00 feet to an iron pin;
run thence South 00° 03’ 06” East 150.00
feet to an iron pin; run thence North 89° 56'
54" East 300.00 feet to an iron pin located
on the westerly right-of-way boundary of
Joy Drive; run thence North 00° 03’ 06"
West 150.00 feet along the westerly right
of-way boundary of Joy Drive to an iron pin,
which is the point of beginning.
The above-described property is more
particularly shown and described on a
certain plat partially entitled "Property
Survey for Chester K. Little” by Thomas W.
Putural 111, Ga. R.L.S. No. 1202, dated
March 18,1986, and recorded in Plat Record
30, Page 21, Superior Court Clerk’s Office,
Houston County, Georgia. Reference to
said plat and the record thereof is hereby
made for a more complete description of
the property hereby conveyed.
To the best knowledge and belief of the
undersigned, said property is occupied by
Chester K. Little or tenant(s) and said

WHEREAS, on September 21, 1992,
Wilbur Marlow executed and delivered to
South Georgia Equity Corporation a
deed to secure debt conveying the following
described real estate to secure payment of
a promissory note of even date therewith,
