Sale contained in a Security Deed given by
Guilford M. Mauldin, Jr. and Donna Jean
Mauldin to The Citizens and Southern
Mortgage Company, dated December 3,
1974, recorded in Deed Book 447, Page
607, Houston County, Georgia Records,
as last transferred to Federal National
Mortgage Association by assignment to be
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Houston County, Georgia,
conveying the after-described property to
secure a Note in the original principal
amount of TWENTY SIXTHOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED & NO/100 DOLLARS
($26,900.00), with interest thereon as set
forth therein, there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash before
the courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in November, 1994, the

All that real estate situate, lying and
being in the Fifth Land District of Houston

Security Deed having been sold, assigned,
transferred and conveyed to Real Estate
Financing, Inc. by assignment dated

Under and by virtue of the Power of
Sale contained in a Security Deed given
by Brenda L. Bull-to Collateral Investment
Company, dated April 24,1986, recorded
in Deed Book 716, Page 497, Houston
County, Georgia Records, as last
transferred to AmSouth Mortgage
Company, Inc. by assignment dated
January 1, 1987 to be recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of
Houston County, Georgia, conveying the
after-described property to secure a Note
in the original principal amount of SIXTY
FOUR THOUSAND & NO/100 DOLLARS
($64,000.00), with interest thereon as set
forth therein, there will be sold at public
outcry to the highest bidder for cash before
the courthouse door of Houston County,
Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on
the first Tuesday in November, 1994, the
following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in Land Lot 149 of the Fifth
Land District of Houston County, Georgia,
being knewn and designated as Lot 14,

Estates Subdivision, according to a plat of
survey recorded in Map Book 18, Page
104, Clerk's Office, Houston Superior
Court. Said plat and the recorded copy
thereof are hereby made a part of this

The debt secured by said Security Deed
has been and is hereby declared due
because of, among other possible events
of default, failure to pay the indebtedness
