• Cross only at corners, never between
parked cars, never diagonally across an
intersection.
• Look in all directions before crossing the
street.
* • Watch for and obey all traffic lights.
• Walk, never run, across the street.
• Use sidewalks, not the street, for walking.
• Parents should accompany groups of
trick-or-treaters.
• All treats should be taken home for
inspection before they are eaten.
• Only young goblins (13 and below) should
be encouraged to go trick-or-treating.
• Wear short, non-flammable costumes which
are light in color.
• Trick-or-Treating should be confined to
young goblin's own neighborhood.
• Flashlights should be carried after dark.
• All Trick-or-Treating should be done
between the hours of 6-8 p.m.
