Pursuant to a power of sale contained
in a certain security deed executed by Kurt
L. Miller, hereinafter referred to as Grantor,
with the singular including the plural, to
Bankers First Mortgage Corporation
recorded in Deed Book 733, beginning at
page 354, of the deed records of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of the aforesaid state
and county, and by virtue of a default in the
payment of the debt secured by said
security deed, the undersigned attorney
in-fact for the aforesaid Grantor (which
