Idaka Club card party
scheduled March 30
If you like playing cards or
games, the Idaka Club's third
annual Benefit Card and Game Party
is the place to be.
This year’s party will be held at
the new Peny Community Center
in Rozar Park on March 30 from
7-9:30 p.m.
The Dogwood theme will prevail
to help kick off the Dogwood
Festival.
If bridge and cards are your
interest, there will be cards, tallies
and score pads provided. If you wish
to play other games, please bring

CELEBRATED BIRTHDAY Mrs. Velva Gracs
celebrated her 83rd birthday on Aug. 28, 1994, at the
home of Haze! Dancer. She is the mother of three
children, Billy Grace and Wylene Daugherty, both of
California, and Robert Grace of Perry. She was the
daughter of the late Preston and Mary Taylor of Elko.

WED IN CALIFORNIA Joyce Carlton Collins and
Thomas Albert Collins, both of Perry, announce their
marriage on Feb. 22. The Collinses were wed in the
gardens of the LaPlaya Hotel in Carmel, Caiif., with the
Rev. Robert Tarr officiating. Friends of the couple from
Chattanooga, Tenn., were guests at the ceremony.
After enjoying a week in Carmel and San Francisco, the
Collinses are at home in Perry.
