Security Deed from Cecil Howard and
Geneva D. Howard, hereinafter GRANTOR,
to Drew P. Hale and Helen L. Hale, dated
May 31, 1990, recorded June 6, 1990 in
Deed Bookßß3, Page 100, Houston County
Records; said Security Deed being given
to secure a Note of even date in the original
principal amount of Sixty Three Thousand
and No/100 Dollars ($63,000.00), with
