DONALD R. BOLEY AND LENORA J.
BOLEY to COLLATERAL MORTGAGE,
LTD., an Alabama Limited Partner, dated
October 23,1987, recorded in Deed Book
786, Page 498, Houston County, Georgia
Records, conveying the after-described
property to secure a Note in the original
principal amount of FIFTY TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY
& NO/100 DOLLARS ($52,520.00), with
interest thereon as set forth therein, there
will be sold at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash before the courthouse door
of Houston County, Georgia, within the
legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in

Deed having been last sold, assigned,
transferred and conveyed to Superior
