Records, as last transferred to Real Estate
Financing, Inc. by assignment & dated

Records, conveying the after-described
property to secure a Note in the original
principal amount of SEVENTY FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY &
NO/100 DOLLARS ($75,750.00), with
interest thereon as set fcrih therein, there
will be sold at public outcry to the highest
bidder for cash before the courthouse door
of Houston County, Georgia, within the
