Summer accessories
I have had the most fun
looking at what accessories
are on trend for the summer
months. Accessories can
make an outfit standout. It
can also assist an wardrobe
favorite look updated.
However, it can also detract
from the overall appearance
of an outfit.
Here’s a few of the new on
trends accessory items:
1. Dangle earrings. Now,
I realize that these are pop
ular, but I guess I am not on
trend myself. I like hoop
earrings, but dangles are
not one of my favorites.
Chandelier earrings are
really popular from the very
expensive type to the cos
tume jewelry market. Look
for those that match your
current wardrobe. These
are very fun and different to
wear. If you have short hair
like I do, they can really
make a statement.
2. Cowboy boots. I guess
you can say that cowboy
boots are never out of style.
I personally do not have any
in my wardrobe, but I am
always on the lookout for a
paii-. My husband recently
purchased a really nice pair
so I think it is my turn!
Anyway, cowboy boots are
fun with denim and can
show you enjoy relaxing!
3. Scarves. lam so glad
that scarves are popular!
Especially those with fun
colors and patterns. The
long thin scarves are great
for your neck as well as your
waist. The scarf is even
showing up tied around your
wrist. I have worn my
grandmother’s scarves for
years so this is a wonderful
new trend that has a retro
feel!
4. Cuff bracelets. I really
sisters of the bride, Amy
Hays, sister of the groom,
Melissa Brochu, cousin of
the bride,and Emily
Wilson. Madison Bartlett,
the groom’s niece, was
flower girl. The groom’s
nephew, lan Hayes was
ring bearer.
Brian Hatin Jr. was best
man. Groomsmen were
Derek Parsons and Paul
Parsons, brothers of the
bride, Jason Pinyan, Ertc
Hatin and Todd Bigler, all
cousins of the groom.
Following the ceremony
the bride’s parents hosted a
dinner reception at the
Buena Vista Water Sports
facility, with an evening of
dancing and boating. On
New Year’s Eve the bride’s
parents held an outdoor
bonfire celebration at their
home for the wedding party
and guests. The dinner
rehearsal was hosted by the
groom’s mother.
The couple took a honey
moon trip through the
western states, including a
tour of the Black Hills of
Dakota. They are making
their home Daytona, Fla.
where they are both
employed at Mainland
High School.

had to think about this pop
ular new accessory, but I
have several in my
wardrobe. These are wide
bracelets that can showcase
your hands and arms. Mine
are silver and have a hinge
to take on and off. In fact,
