Woman finds two females with
husband; leads to mutual fight
ByRAYUGHTNER
HHJ Staff Writer
A woman, 28, reported
Saturday that she went to
her estranged husband’s
house to get $5. Once she
arrived an argument ensued
with two other females
there.
The complainant said the
two girls, 19 and 17, at her
husband's house confronted
her and started calling her
names, one pushing her and
the other joining in with
closed fist punches. The
complainant said she then
hit them back.
The two women told police
the pregnant woman (the
complainant who said she
was six months pregnant)
instigated the fight and they
did engage in fist fighting on
a mutual level.
And a witness at the
house said it appeared to be
a mutual fight with no one
being the primary aggres
sor.
The complainant, who
said she is pregnant with
her estranged husband’s
baby, filed her report from
the emergency room and
stayed at the hospital to be
checked out.
All parties wished not
to prosecute, but the com
plainant was given a crimi
nal trespass warning by the
homeowner, 20, (not her
husband, age 22, but the
witness to the altercation).
