Under and by virtue of the
Power of Sale contained in that cer
tain Deed to Secure Debt dated
June 14, 2001 from Reginald D. Bill
ings to Bay Rock Mortgage Corp., re
corded in Deed Book 1803, page
62, Houston County Records, said
Deed to Secure Debt having been
given to secure a debt of even date
in the amount of $41,400, with inter
est thereon as set forth therein, the
undersigned will sell at public outcry
to the highest bidder for cash before
the doors of the Houston County
Courthouse during the legal hours of
sale, on the first Tuesday in Novem
ber 2006, the following described
real property (“the subject realty”):
All that tract or parcel of
land lying and being in Land Lot
200, sth District, Houston County,
Georgia which is known and desig
nated as Lot 29, Block “N,” Warner
Robins Manor Subdivision, accord
ing to a plat of record in Plat Book 2,
page 14, Clerk's Office, Houston Su
perior Court.
The unpaid balance of the
note secured by said Deed to Se
cure Debt having been declared due
and payable because of default un
der the terms of said note, said sale
will be made for the purpose of ap
plying the proceeds thereof towards
the expenses of the sale, including
attorney's fees, the payment of the
debt, and the interest thereon. The
balance, if any, shall be applied as
provided by law.
The sale will be held sub
ject to any outstanding ad valorem
taxes (including taxes which are a
lien, but which are not yet due and
payable), any matter which might be
disclosed by an accurate survey and
inspection of the property, any as
sessments, liens encumbrances,
zoning ordinances, restrictions,
covenants and other matters of re
cord superior to the deed to secure
debt described herein.
To the best of the under
sign's knowledge and belief, the
subject realty is in the possession of
Tyrone Billings.
