Worrall congratulated the
city on the Northside High

but noted a little sadness in
the results of the game as a

for another violation of pro
bation from March 28, 2005.
This was two month after
getting out for the statutory
rape conviction on Sept. 9,
2004, in which he was sen
tenced to 12 years, 120 days
to serve. The statutory rape
occurred on Oct. 31, 2003.
A week before that convic
tion, he also pled guilty to
burglary and obstruction of
an officer. He received 12
months probation concur
rent for each charge for the
June 27, 2004, incident.

gating the incident. A GBI
investigation is a standard
procedure when an incident
of this nature occurs and dep
uties are present, explained
