These angels are unique
indeed, always there in
moments of need.
Visiting Angels, located
in Warner Robins provides
non-medical home care ser
vices to allow people who
need assistance to maintain
the independence of their
daily routines and familiar
surroundings.
The Milby family owns
and operates the Visiting
Angels office. They saw a
need for Visiting Angels
when they recently had
sick family members that
required care. The fam
ily has been in the Middle
Georgia area for four gener
ations, and has been active
in the community and their
church.
“We believe in putting
people first,” said Bill Milby,
Visiting Angels Director.
“Trying to care for a sick
family member is stressful,
and it doesn’t help the situ
ation if you have to move
them out of the comfort of
their home.”
Visiting Angels gives fam
ilies the option of having
some independence. They
offer live- in or live-out ser
vices and care is available
24/7.
At Visiting Angels the
staff, Milby said, under
stands it isn’t easy to make
the decision to invite a care
giver into your home, so
they provide personalized
screening systems to give
their clients a piece of mind.
Both family members and
the patient have an opportu
nity to interview and choose
the caregiver they want.
