SACRED HEART
MOTHERS CLUB
HOLD MEETING
Atlanta. Ga.—On Nov. 3, 1954,
the Mothers’ Club of Sacred Heart
School had its monthly meeting
in the Assembly Room of the Rec
tory.
Reports were given by the *va-
rious committees on the recent
Halloween Carnival. This year’s
carnival was one of the most suc
cessful the,, school has ever, had,
both from an enjoyment and a
financial standpoint.
Mrs. Ann Gegan, who repre
sented the Mothers’ Club of Sa
cred Heart School at the Catholic
Laymen’s Association in Augusta,
Ga., on October 30-31, 1954, gave
a very interesting report on the
conference.
The Mothers’ Club was verv
fortunate in having Mrs. J. T.
Chilton, of Sears, Roebuck & Co.,
instruct the mothers in the wrap
ping and tying of attractive
Christmas packages. This year our
gifts should be easier to wrap and
more beautiful.
The tenth grade mothers were
hostesses at a tea following the
business meeting.
Our next meeting will be held
on December V, 1954, and all
mothers of the school are invited
to be present.
