McDonough, assistant pastor of
the Co-Cathedral of Christ the
King Catholie Church, and Spi
ritual Director of its Holy Name
Society, was presented with a
token of esteem by the men of
the Holy Name Society.
The men of the parish gather
ed at a dinner and entertainment
under the auspices of the Holy
Name Society to honor Father
McDonough. A delightful dinner
followed by a minstrel show was
attended by the men of the par
ish and the clergy.
The climax of the evening was
a presentation made by the pas
tor, Msgr. Joseph J. Cassidy, of
a purse from the men of the
society. Father McDonough will
leave shortly for a European
tour, which will include visits
to Ireland, the Vatican, and
famous Shrines on the Contin
ent.
Serving as assistant pastor of
the Co-Cathedral of Christ the
King since 1947, Father Mc
Donough has a host of friends
and acquaintances in and around
Atlanta.

services for Ercole Cafiero, were

Survivors are his wife, Mrs.
Madeline Maggoni Cafiero; one
