ton yesterday reached 1,250 bales, at irregular
figures.
The Davis Guards, from Louisville, Ken
tucky, arrived here to-day. They were enthu
siastically received. They will he followed by
two companies of citizen soldiers, who have
volunteered their services to go to Virginia.
More Troops for Virginia.
Mosit.it, April 25.--There were 150 bales of
Cotton sold yesterday, at II cents. Receipts
nominal.
Two Companies left here for M ntgomery
yesterday; two. more will leave by the boat
todftorvow night. Five buodred, in all, have
bean accepted by the Secretary of War from

Omaha, N. T., April 23.—The Nebraskaites
boarded to-day tbe steamer Omaha, and declar

from Fort Randall. A difficulty ensued, in
