A ciiance to mk a fortanne wrthont Money.
T HE spirit to speculate is just again like the
spring beginning- to put forth its buds. Mon?,
is becoming plenty, and property must be in demand.
I will give a bargain that cannot fail to make you iich
before you have to pay any money I own between
9.3 and 100 tracts of selected lands, lying in the coun»
ties ot Randolph. Baker, Early, Decatur, Thomas anc
Lowndes. I will sell at one dollar per aore. I will
guaranty to show any person wishing to purchase 10
facts, worth ton dollars per acre—the price of the
whole lots, 25 tracts; worth $5 per acre ; besides l,00u
acres in one body, believed to be worth $50 per uert^
by a sma!l outlay less than $300 in ditching. From tin
lands I have seen, which i„>* about half my lands, and
from the statements made me, I do not believe 1 own u
single tract not intrinsically worth one dollar per acre.
1 have not time or inclination to attend to the sale oi
them separately. The most of these lands were se*
lerted by personal examination of a good farmer and
judge of lands; having taken them mostly as reverted
lands, I will sell them on such terms as to give th^
purchaser room to make infinitely more than I should.
Seven years indulgence or longer will be given b\ T pay
ing interest. JAS. THOMAS.
