not he lawful for any cow,steer, heifer, or calf, to
ho or goat largo within the limits oflhe City from
the setting oftlio sun to the rising of the same,und
the owners of such cuttle, so found at large, shall
forfait and pay a sum not exceeding five dollars
for each and overy time any such imimul shall he
found at large, and it shall bu the duty oftlio City
Marshal and City Constables to take such cattle
so found at large, eonlrar; to the provisions of
this ordinance, nud impout d them until tho said
lino nnd nil costs are paid; nnd if tho said animal
be not claimed iu live days, it shall he the duty of
the City Murslml to sell the same at tho pound,
first giving at leust five day» notice iu one of the

during this year, nnd have for tho last two mouths
keen afflicted with Fever end Agun. 1 have tried
many remedies recommended for tho cure of tliut
