trix of the last will and testament of John
Mercier, deceased, praying the foreclosure of
the equity of redemption of slf that tractor par
cel of land situate, and being in the county of
Bry an, and known by the name of Parnassus, ad
joining and contiguous to a tract of the like
number of acres of laud, belonging to Mrs Di
me rc, and included under the same name and
description; mortgaged by Morris Miller in bis
life-time tn the said John Mercier in Ins life-time
to secure the payment of the sum of four thou
sand dollars, mentioned in a certain bond from
the said Morris to the said John Mercier, bear
ing date to the twenty.third day of April, in the
year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred
and five, ft is ordered, tliut the principal and
interest due * said bond, and the costs of this
proceeding . . paid imo court within twelve
months from this date; or that from thenceforth
the equity of redemption ot said mortgaged
premises be foreclosed; and that shell further

and that the said sum of money, and the inforest

good cause be shewn why the same should not
be paid, the equity of redemption of the .said
mortgaged premises be from henceforth fore
