the General Aflembly, (of which the above is art
thftraft) dirc£hedand ; empowered to call upon and fettle
with all peffons indebted .to the General Loan Office of this
province, and is also Jirefted, in case of negieft or
refufal to pay oft"> their refpe&ive debts, to apply to the
Attorney General to commence aftions against such de
faulters for the recovery of such debts, he therefore gives
this oublick notice to all whom it doth or may concern,
that attendance will be given at his office for the purpose
of fettling with and receiving payment from all persons
indebted to the General Loan Office.

try. 0 The fellow and boys are very good riders;
propably they may have been carried to St. Augus
tine or somewhere to the southward.
Also ran away on the 26th of O&ober last, a
Aim Negro Man, named September, perhaps he
may call hitnfelf Jack, about 5 feet 6 inches high,
35 years of age, and branded on his breast S, has
loft the firft joint of the third finger of one of his
bands.
Three guineas reward, and all reasonable char
ges, will be paid to any person on delivering any
of the firft fix to rpe at my plantation, or one gui
nea for either of them delivered to the gaoler at
Savannah or Beaufort; and for September, or
Jack, two guineas, on delivering him to me, or
one guinea on being delivered to the gaoler at Sa
vannah or Beaofort. AH persons are forbid har
bouring or carrying them off, as any who offend in
either case may depend upon being prosecuted to
the utmost rigour of the law. If they will return
of their own accord they will be forgiven.

Negroes; NOTICE is therefore given. That all
