an exclusive right to all the real and personal
estate of Carnochan k Muchel, are considered
a* informal, m\jukl and illegal. Hence they
hive been brought and are arill heforf the eourt,
and other deeds have been executed and rv.
corded, convey ing the property for the use ol
all their creditors, Mr Christie included, with
out any trust or reservation beneficial to C. U
M. or their lamilie* \ and if thil b»* not ayreea
hie to that gentleman, it must nevertheless ap
pear fair anu tquitable to the public and all w ho
have a sense of justice.
