ny a second notice of Mr Christie’s, wlio has un
doubtedly claims against them, which, when
finally linuida>»<J on the decision of tire suit
now pending, they will try to satisfy as soon as
possible thereafter.
The deeds under which Mr Christie claimr
an exclusive right to nil the real and personal
i ate of Carnochan & Mhchel, are considered
a# informal, unjust and illegal. Hence they
have been brought ami are still before the court,
ami other deeds have been executed and rv -
corded, conveying' the property For the use of
all their creditors, Mr Christie included, with
out anv trust or reservation beneficial to C. £jf
VI. or their families; and if this bo not agrcea
hie to that gentleman, it must nevertheless ap
pear Tair and equitable to the public and all who
have a sense ef justice.
The Trustees under the late deeds a'e anx
ious to sell the Lands in Florida, -.divided to in

ceed# to the immediate payment of part of his
demand, ami deposit a sufficiency thereof to co
