Election In Coolldge.
At an election held under the
new charter in Coolidge on Satur
day, the following officers were
elected:
Mayor, Wm. Miller; aldermen,
Dr. Crowe, Dr. Jooes, Charles
Kennedv, Willis Barnes and Mr.
Zeigler.
Alderman Barnes was elected
secretary and treasurer of the
board.
Dr, M. R. Mallette, of Boston,
baa been named as the vice presi
dent of the Good Roads organiza
tion for Thomas county. A splen
did appointment. Tbornas county
ought to wake up on the subject of
better roads.
