east by property of Curtis R. Smith, on
the west by Scott Street, on the south
by property of Curtis R. Smith, said lot
being fifty-nine feet east and west
and one hundred and fifty-nine feet
nortn and south.
This sale will be had under nnd by
virtue of a power of sale contained in an
instrument made and executed by Geo.
D. Hutchens to the National Building
Association of Baltimore City, dated
January loth, 1900, and recorded in the
Clerk’s Office of the Superior Court .of
said county, whereby the said Associa
tion, in the eyent of default iu the pay
ment of dues by said Hutchens to said
Association for three months, is author
ised and empowered, by its duly author
ized agent or attorney to sell said prop
erty at public outcry. before the court
house door, to the highest\ bidder for
cash, after advertisement once a week
for four weeks in some newspaper pub
lished in said county.
Now thereforefore, said Hutchens
having defaulted in the i ayment of his
monthly dues to said Association for
more tlion three months, said Associa
tion elects to exercise said power of sale,
and said sale will be bad at the time,
place and in the manner hereinbefore
described. This December 6th. 1901.
