and one hundred and fifty-nine feet

This sale will be had under and by
virtue of a power of sale contained in an
instrument made and executed by Geo.
D. Hutchens to the National Building
Association of Baltimore City, dated
January 15th, 1900. and recorded in the
Clerk’s Office of t he Superior Court .of
said county, whereby the said Associa
tion, in the event of default in the pay
ment of dues by .said Hutchens to said
Association for three months, is author
ized and empowered, by its duly author
ized agent or attorney to sell said prop
erty at public outcry, before the court
house door, to the highest bidder for
cash, after advertisement once a week
for four weeks in some newspaper pub
lished in said county.
Now thereforefore, said Hutchens
having defaulted in the j ay men t of his
monthly dues to said Association for
more thou three months, said Associa
tion elects to exercise said power of sale,
and said sale will be had at the time,
place and in the manner hereinbefore
