working out the settlement road
leading from the Maynard old place
ifw. so we will have

As we sit at our window and gaze
at the horizon in the mountains in
North Georgia, it looks as if provi

a skirt of clouds'to be seen and the
wind is drying the ground very
fast. In a few days we can hitch
up old Jack and Pete and prepare
the ground for the m >re hardy
crop. All these rains accoltnpanieJ
by electric storms and then sun
shine and wind are great blessings
tons, if we only knew how to ap
preciate them, for without them we
could not live and have our being.
