the visitors in behalf of the people
of Tifton, and introduced Commis
sioner Brown, who made the opening

Douglas. Sept 14.—Tallie Hall,

guilty in Superior Court here and

penitentiary. Hall has filed motion
for new trial. Gus Hall, jointly in

term on account of the illness of
T. A. Wallace, of counsel for the de
fendants. The Sheppards are chart:

term. Because of the absence of a
State's witness, the case of J. F.
Hill, charged with murder, was
