tral opening of the new Naval Col-
\ lege for the traalning of naval radela.

Marine and Fisheries and of Naval
Service, and a number of other pub-

itive -examination from all parta of
Canada. The claaa next year will
conalat of twenty-three cadeia. which
will bring ihe attendance of the col-
lege up to forty-firs. The college

ducted. A committee of 100 is to be
appointed in each city to consist of
representatives of all religious org
anizations participating in the <
paign. In each city an effort will be
made to vitalize the Bible classes in
the Sunday schools, and to enroll
men and boys in a systematic study
of the scriptures. The plan adopted
divides the work Into three divisions,
that of preparation for the , cam
paigns, an eight days’ appeal to non-
Christian men and boys, and a foil
low-up programme to conserve tbe
benefits of the campaigns.
