Waycross-, we note the two elegant
homes now being erected by M
D. Youmans.
These two houses arc being built
by contractor, II. F. Hearn, under Im
mediate supervision of Mr. Youmans’.
They are located immediately adjolu-
ing Mr. Youmans’ home on Carswell
street; a street destined to be the
most beautiful street in our city.
They are two-story eight-room
houses, with double floors, and with
electric and plumbing fixtures of mod
ern style. The lower floor is prac
tically surrounded with a wide, roomy
piazza, promising delightful shade and
cooling breeze. The construction and
matetlal is to be first class in every
particular, as the two houses are be
ing built for cither sale or rent at
remarkable prices.
We Jiopo the building movement

homes fur exceeds the supply.
