The preaching by Rev. Bob ones

the moat appreciative and responsive.

week day service and a great congre
gation is expected. The song serv
ice will begin at 7:30. No services
tomorrow.
Mr. Jones will remain through

AN ELEGANT ENTERTAINMENT.
The Lyceum number last night was
the Flsher-Shlpp Company and the
Lyceum management should be de
servedly complimented on the char
acter of the entertainment. The var
ious numbers of the company are high
ly talented and the great audience
was charmingly entertained.
These artistic high toned entertain,
ments provided by the Lyceum course
are Incalculably valuable to our city
and community; cultivating a taste
for those things that will elevate and
improve the higher side of our na
ture and gives opportunty to get in
touch with the cultured side of life
that we can get in no other way. The
Lyceum should be heartily encourag
ed by *11 our citizens.

A FRANK
CONFESSION
The Herald is frank to confess that
our subscription and free list in Os-
kosh and Kalamazoo is not n heavy
one. But the fact is, we have been
devoting our attention specially to
extending our circulation In Waycross,
Ware county and the Eleventh dis
trict, and we sure do cover that te*-
ritory like the morning dew, to the
benefit of our advertisers. But lr
they, our advertisers, deem It neces
sary, why we will turn our attention
to circulation also la Kalamazoo,
Montreal, Seattle, etc. No doubt the
residents In these places will enjoy
our paper.
